These popular ECO4 sneakers have had a winter update. The mid-top design, the waterproofed outer material and an inner lining made from organic cotton teddy fabric make these sneakers suitable for the cold and wet seasons. The ECO4 sneaker is the proof that sustainability does not have to lead to compromises in functionality and design when producing shoes. The durable outer material in a warm ochre shade is made of recycled polyester, whilst the stitched sole gives old rice husks a new life and mixes in 100% eco rubber (70% recycled content) for extra comfort. The heel cap and tongue are made from the vegan alternative to leather, cork. The insoles, made from cork and recycled materials, provide extra cushioning. Even the shoelaces are made from recycled polyester with metal tips, guaranteeing lasting durability.

    With the unisex ECO4 Sneaker Bleed proves that sustainability in the shoe production does not conflict with functionality and design. The durable olive colored upper material consists of recycled PES, the double sewn sole is a mix of 100% eco rubber (70% recycled content) and rice husks and makes them particularly comfortable. The removable insoles made of cork and recycled PES provide extra cushioning. Even the shoelaces are made of recycled cotton with recyceld metal end caps to guarantee durability. The natural olive colorway is great to combine – casual with jeans or chic with a dress or chino, with this bleed style you are always well-dressed.
    #walkingwithoutfootprints – The ECO4 Sneaker is a climate-neutral product. Through Bleed’s consistent use of high-quality recycling materials and preferably local sourcing, they have managed to reduce the CO2 footprint per shoe to less than 4kg. They have had the remaining 4kg of CO2 carbon neutralised by ClimatePartner. They are supporting a large forest project in Kenya to fight climate change and protect important habitats.
