TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to RISE CLAN. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders. Please read before buying anything online at www.riseclanworld.com 

Here we sell not only our own brand – RISE CLAN – but also products from other brands such as BLEED and DEDICATED. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the products we have available at this website.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We prepare your orders with recycled, recyclable and sometimes even reused boxes. Our minimal waste shipping is sent by one of these three companies – DPD, DHL and PostNL – depending on your country. You’ll receive a tracking code along with your shipping confirmation. Your order will be sent to the address you fill in at checkout. Price, VAT and shipping fees will be adjusted depending on the country.

  • Delivery time and shipping fee

Estimated delivery time varies depending on shipping country. Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
Estimated delivery time:

Amsterdam – 1 to 2 working days
EU – 3 to 5 working days
World – 7 to 20 working days.

  • Refuse to accept a package

We will charge 25 to 50 euros for declined items depending on the shipping country, e.g. if you refuse to accept, refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered please contact our customer service immediately. You still have to accept or collect your package and then send it back to us. You must pay for the shipping costs to return the items. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning the parcel you are responsible for the goods.

  • Customs and import fees

You might be charged for customs and import fees depending on your selected shipping country. Make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authorities or local DHL, DPD or National Post Office branches. We’re not responsible for those extra costs. 

  • Misdelivery

If the shipping address given by the costumer is incorrect (for example, has the wrong house number) the return postage is paid by the costumer but if the shipping address given by the costumer is correct and something goes wrong with the delivery RISE CLAN pays for the postage.

PAYMENT

There are three ways for you to pay for your order:

  • Credit card
  • Paypal
  • iDeal

If you don’t have a credit card, a Paypal account or don’t live in Amsterdam/Netherlands please send us an email – info@riseclanworld.com – and we’ll provide you another payment option.

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout.

RETURNS

To avoid returns and refunds, please check (and double check) our size guides before you place your order. Items that have different sizes (like T-shirts or shoes, for example) will always have a size guide for you to consult.
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 30 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product or about your whole order you have to contact our customer service within this time. The items have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include everything that was in the parcel in the first place and a note with the order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Upon return, it may take up to 7 business days for the money to be in your account. In the event of a regular re-purchase, the customer is responsible for the return postage. In case of misdelivery or complaint, RISE CLAN pays for return postage. 

REFUNDS

You will receive your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

COMPLAINTS

If you discover a manufacturing defect, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or payment statement. Product damaged due to wear is not considered to be defective. We will replace the incorrect product with a new one, subject to availability. If the product happens to be out of stock, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. Always contact us first, before returning the defective item. In case of misdelivery or complaint, RISE CLAN pays for the postage.
*Note that nearly all the RISE CLAN clothing and accessories is hand screen printed by Miguel (or if not, by some of our very skilled friends) so minor defects on the prints can happen. We’re humans, not machines, and we choose to keep supporting all the artisans that work with us and for us.

SECURITY

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. We will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission.

a. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by Dutch law. 

b. Ownership of right

All rights, including copyrights at riseclanworld.com remains with RISE CLAN. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
